If you wish to cancel your order or if you are unhappy with a purchase you need to notify Aquahot in writing (email@example.com) within 14 calendar days of the date of receiving the goods. Aquahot will provide a full refund of the price paid once the goods are returned. You would be responsible for returning the goods to Aquahot in good condition including all packaging or alternatively for any costs incurred by Aquahot in collecting goods.
If you want to cancel your order or change any details before we have despatched please call us on 01751 411965 and we will issue a full refund immediateley or update any details.
If you are unfortunate enough to experience a problem with your product you must contact Aquahot on 01751 411965 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org before taking other any other action. This is for a practical reason as experience has shown that issues can often be resolved without the need to return or un-install the product. If, after contacting Aquahot, you do need to return an item because it is faulty, Aquahot will, at its discretion, either repair the goods or exchange the goods or provide a refund of the full price paid. Aquahot will also refund all additional carriage charges relating to the delivery and return of the faulty item. Incorrect Items Dispatched If the wrong item is dispatched due to an error on the part of Aquahot, we will replace the item and provide a full refund of all additional carriage charges relating to both the delivery and return of the incorrect item.
Damaged Items or Shortages
Claims relating to damage or shortage on delivery must be made in writing (email or fax are acceptable) within 5 days of delivery.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any consequential or indirect losses (economic or loss of profits or otherwise). In particular, Aquahot strongly advises you not to book trademen to carry out installation of products in advance of delivery, and cannot be held responsible for any costs arising from, but not limited to, such a scenario.
Delivery is typically next day for smaller items and 2-3 days for larger items that have to be delivered on a pallet. Orders are normally completed within one week of placing an order. Any delivery dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate only. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods.
The price for the Goods shall, unless otherwise agreed, be the price displayed on the web-site and be exclusive of VAT and carriage (where applicable)
Errors & Omissions
The information displayed in this site is correct to the best of our knowledge. However Aquahot absolutely reserves the right not complete any orders for whatever reason including, but not limited to, any errors in product pricing or availability. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are aware that we may be unable to fulfil an order.
The Contract shall be on these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including any terms and conditions that are purported to be included or applied by the Buyer. Terms and conditions contained in communications from the Buyer will not form part of the Contract.
Aquahot does not export products outside the UK. If a product bought in the UK is subsequently exported outside the UK by the buyer, this would be entirely at the risk of the buyer and Aquahot would not be liable for any costs, whether direct or consequential, arising either directly or indirectly from the product having been so exported. In particular the buyer should be aware that UK manufacturer's product warranties are normally only valid in the UK. If a product fails whilst under warranty outside the UK then Aquahot would not be liable for any costs or risks associated with returning the product to the UK or with subsequently re-exporting the product.
These conditions are in addition to your statutory rights.
