Zip InLine DEX12 Next electronic instantaneous water heater for single outlet or multiple outlets. Highly efficient bare wire for fast heat up and zero standing losses, Zip InLine is the most energy efficient way to directly heat water, electrically. Two temperature settings can be programmed using touch sensitive keys within the range 20°C-60°C.

  • DESCRIPTION
    • Provides a constant supply of hot water to one or more outlets 
    • Regulates power consumption electronically depending on supply temperature, pressure and flow rate to maintain set temperature. 
    • Bare wire heating systems for fast response and energy efficient delivery of hot water 
    • Power rating can be installer adjusted from 11kW to 8.8kW 
    • Required outlet temperature can be set with touch sensitive keys within the range 20 - 55°C 
    • Choice of two programmable temperature settings 
    • The heater must be installed in a frost free environment. 
    • It should be located as close as possible to the outlet to minimise heat loss (recommended maximum 2 metres). 
    • Complies with IP25 and may be installed in Zone 1. 
    Plumbing
    The appliance is intended for connection to a potable mains water supply. Hot and cold connecting pipes should be WRAS approved and of copper or steel construction. Minimum flow rate of 2.5 litres/min. Should be installed by a suitably qualified person.
     
    Electrical
    The heater must be earthed and connected to the mains supply through an isolation switch having contact separation of at least 3mm in all poles and protected by a suitably rated RCD. Installation must be in accordance with current IEE regulations.

    Please note that this unit too powerful for connection to a 13A ring main and must be wired to the electrical distribution unit.
